Permissions

I allow the child(children) registered SMI, Inc camps or events to participate in SMI, Inc camps or events, and degree the use of their image and creative products by SMI, Inc. for promotional purposes.

Refunds

Refund of camp registration fees minus $50 processing fee, per registrant, 30 days prior to the start of the camp. With email notification at least 30 days prior to the camp.

 

50% refund 21 days prior to the start of the camp with email notification.
